Pilates Annex has merged with Vibe Yoga and Pilates located at 1705 N. College Ave.

This new facility will offer the best in both body-mind disciplines of Pilates and yoga.

The summer schedule for Pilates classes will be as follows:

Monday 10am Core Pilates - Open, Laurel Adams
A multi-level class utilizing basic Pilates exercises as well as modifications and variations to challenge core conditioning for students familiar with Pilates. For the beginning to intermediate Pilates student.

Monday 5:30pm Pilates Ball and Band - Open, Melissa Noble
A multi-level class using basic Pilates exercises utilizing the flex band for increased upper body work and the ball to challenge balance and core abdominals.

Tuesday 10:00am Pilates Stretch & Alignment - Open, Emily Bogard
Postural alignment is the key element in the proper execution of core engagement and conditioning. In this class, you will focus on your specific postural issues and use stretching, releasing and core exercises to improve your alignment, flexibility, and balance. No pilates experience is needed.

Tuesday 5:30pm Pilates Sculpt, Lisa Weidenbrener
Using weights and resistance techniques, this class will strengthen the whole body while providing a moderate cardio workout. No Pilates experience needed.

Wednesday 10am Dynamic Core Engagement - Open, Emily Bogard
Simple anatomy concepts and 3-dimensional movement will be applied to the basic Pilates exercises. This will be a slow and intense class focused on learning how to identify and engage the inner core muscles to achieve spinal stability, core strength and mobility.

Wednesday 5:30pm Core Pilates - Open, Brittany Crosby
An open class for all levels including challenging variations for intermediate/advanced Pilates students and modifications for beginning students.

Thursday 5:30pm Beginners Core Pilates, Paulina Makowska
This class is for people new to the Pilates experience. You will learn the basic alignment principles of the Pilates exercises and focus on form, engagement of the core and proper execution of the beginning exercises.

Saturday 9:30am Core Pilates - Open, Teacher Rotation
A multi-level class utilizing basic Pilates exercises and modifications to challenge core conditioning and give a moderate cardio workout.
